# 4.6 Validation and Verification Body Oversight In addition to the qualification requirements, NCS is empowered to oversee VVB activity during the validation and verification process. Oversight can include review of VVB documentation, including verification plans, reports, opinions and conflict of interest disclosures, as well as review of project proponent documentation.
